Oldest Bar in Anchorage is what I was told by the Bar Tender. Stopped for a celebratory beer after hiking Flat Top Mountain. Dive Bar vibes, country music, excellent and courteous Bar tender.

Wondered in here to figure out how to pay for the best parking lot in town just around the corner. Bar staff were so welcoming and helpful we stayed for a drink and got to chatting with some locals. Our bartender ended up giving us one of the best Anchorage tours you can get while sitting on a barstool and gave us so many tips on hidden gems around Alaska we will have to plan a second trip soon. Best value for your dollar when it came to drinks and can’t say enough good things about the staff.
